I’m the co-founder of this natural winery in rural Colorado, focusing on regenerative farming and minimally processed wine, cider, and brandy. I designed all creative elements of this company - branding & identity, copywriting, art direction, packaging design, and all marketing to operation alignment for product development.

In 2024, Aquila Cellars opened a small tasting room and wine bar in an upstairs attic of Denver.

The Green Room was a pivotal THIRd place that represented the beauty of domestic wines.
