I worked with Kolkata Chai to support their evolving brand through high-converting emails, landing pages, and digital campaigns. From celebrity collabs to limited-edition drops, I designed bold, cohesive visuals that helped drive momentum—contributing to a 325% increase in web sales and the launch of their subscription model, Kolkata Chai Party.

KOLKATA CHAI PARTY

I designed the visual identity and user experience for Kolkata Chai Co’s subscription service, in collaboration with a UX strategist and external development agency. Inspired by vintage Indian stamps, the system features vibrant colors, playful typography, and collectible-style stickers—bringing a louder, more expressive tone to the brand while staying true to KCC’s welcoming, culturally rooted feel. The subscription flow was built to prioritize clarity and ease, making it simple for customers to sign up, manage their preferences, and stay excited about their monthly chai delivery.
